The project "Tapa Mill OÜ digitalization roadmap" received support from the European Regional Development Fund.
Project summary:
Within the framework of the project, a digitalization roadmap will be prepared for the company in order to increase the company's awareness of the current state of its digitalization, cybersecurity and automation and to increase the added value of its products and services through improvement activities. Project objective and result: The project objective is to increase the company's awareness of the current state of its digitalization, automation and cybersecurity and to increase the added value of its products and services through improvement activities. Within the framework of the project, a digitalization roadmap will be prepared for the company with an explanatory memorandum, which is a strategic document of the company, which provides an assessment of the level of digitalization and cybersecurity of the company, an assessment of the investments necessary to eliminate bottlenecks, their profitability and schedule, and the impact on the company's financial results. In addition, the digitalization roadmap includes an action plan for implementing digitalization for the next 3 years.

Project summary:
By purchasing an electric forklift and upgrading chip removal, Tapa Mill OÜ’s production will become more resource-efficient and as a result of the project, products will be manufactured with less resource use and higher resource productivity. By purchasing an electric forklift and upgrading chip removal, production will become more efficient and the capacity to increase production volume will be created.
Project objective and result:
The objective of the project is to achieve improved resource use and increase resource productivity. As a result of the project, the company’s production capacity will increase and efficiency will increase due to the reduction in resource use per unit of production.

The project “Tapa Mill OÜ supply security investments” received support from the European Union’s NextGenerationEU recovery instrument
The implementation of the project is necessary to increase the company’s supply security. The project aims to reduce the company’s dependence on fossil fuels and support the transition to renewable energy sources. To achieve the project’s goal, a solar power plant will be built, which will partially cover the company’s electricity consumption needs, and an electric forklift will be purchased, which will contribute to the company’s electrification.
